School's Out!

 Eva and Sophie both had a great year this year.  Eva had Ms. Murphy for Kindergarten and Sophie had Miss April for preschool.  Here is a pic of Eva on the first day of school and the last. 

 We spent the next three days going to parties and having parties.  Eva's favorite party was the one she had at our house with the slip'n'slide.  Sophie's was the whipped cream fight, as you can see by the photos. 

 We had a community yard sale and Eva started working up her plans for the stand back in March.  She decided she wanted to sell homemade suckers, mint lemonade, candy shish ka bobs and cookies.  She manned her stand the entire duration to the sale, Friday evening and all day Saturday without getting bored.  All in all she made about $100 and bought herself a grown-up sewing machine.
